What Is Census 2020: Census is the counting of every person living in the United States, it is carried out in 3 ways (i) online, (ii) by phone, and (iii) mail. The first census in the United States was carried out in 1790, and it is done every ten years. The 2020 Census is the 24th in the United State.

Why is the Census important: The Census is important because the information is used to decide the number of representatives each State can elect to the congress. Also it is used to determine how to divide the money and helps to offer services and programs for everyone and the community.

How will the Census help: I think the census will help to build more schools, hospitals etc and also to improve on services rendered. Like during the pandemic, some State in their hospitals were short of working tools. With the Census, the issue can be addressed. More money can go to such a State.
